There was no choice, we had to discover what was that “ovni”. We got close and we could discover that actually it was hanging from a crane and fixed to the ground by thin steel cables. Attached to that cable structure were placed the steps of a spiral stair… It was accessible!! We headed the staircase and went upstairs. Quickly we were swallowed by the sphere, but that place wasn’t like we thought. It was dark and narrow, with more and more steps.
We continued going up and the darkness feeling was increasing, it was claustrophobic even. We started thinking about returning down when suddenly, a diffuse light through a thick curtain signed us that maybe we had arrived.
When we draw the curtain, the visual show was amazing. That place was not Madrid. A waterfall was filtering a shiny and orange light like the one from a beautiful sunset. It was like the sun was around us but hidden below the flowing water that came under our feet, shaping sea reflection in the whole sphere. It was an unforgettable feeling, actually it smelled lithe the sea!
But there was even more, inside that place, people were sitting in pufs and pillows over the sea and were drinking… That place was a bar! We decided to take a site, so we climbed through a rope ladder to a little platform made out of a fishing net where there was a stunning panoramic views. At that moment we realised about the last surprise: by surprise, a pail appeared from the top hanging in a maroma rope. Inside it we found a note:
